Escrow agent

Our notary’s office ensures an attentive escrow agent service to its clients in corporate and real-estate operations.
Our activity consists in preparing specific contracts of mandate and escrow agreements and in opening and managing of separate escrow current accounts for each transaction.

Estate planning

Also thanks to the experience of the notary Paolo Divizia as speaker at the main conferences on the subject at national level, our office offers a comprehensive consultation on estate planning, in order to reduce tax burden:

Voluntary sector – Third Sector Entities

In particular, it provides the customer with a constant update on the Third Sector Entities regulations and with the practical experience gained by notary Farhat at the major foundations of the city.

M & A

M&A operations have been the daily activity of Notary Jean Pierre Farhat for over twenty years and, more recently, of Notary Paolo Divizia.

Our office offers assistance at all stages of the closing, also in the analysis of strategical and financial aspects of the operation, working together with all the professional figures involved (law firms and charterer accountants).

The escrow agent service with dedicated banking relationship is also offered.

Real estate sector and Banking

Opinions

In the office, the Professor and Notary Paolo Divizia, is usually required to issue pro-veritate opinions and written analyses on individual legal issues. Notary Jean Pierre Farhat does the same for the civil and third sectors.
